3. Effects of Withdrawal

4.1 Opened Products

Due to health and hygiene regulations applicable to dietary supplements, opened products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective. This exception is permitted under EU consumer law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
